Robinhood Pest Solutions provides professional pest management, inspection, treatment, and preventive services for residential and commercial properties. All service agreements, treatment plans, and warranties are subject to these Terms, along with any specific service order forms signed or agreed to upon appointment scheduling. 

• Accuracy of Information: When submitting forms or placing orders on our website (including embedded ordering tools like Fieldwork HQ), you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete contact and property details.
• Pricing & Quotes: Prices displayed on the website or generated via online booking tools are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope, property size, or severity of the pest infestation differs from initial submissions.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a formal commercial or recurring service contract. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection proceedings.

To ensure effective treatment, the client agrees to:

• Property Access: Provide clear, safe access to the designated property areas at the scheduled service time.
• Preparation & Cooperation: Follow any specific pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians (e.g., removing bed linens, clearing cabinets, keeping pets away from treated areas). Failure to follow instructions may compromise service effectiveness and void service warranties.
• Safety Hazards: Inform our team of any known structural hazards, unchained animals, or sensitive health conditions on the property prior to treatment.

• Service Warranties: Certain treatments (such as specific bed bug or ongoing pest control maintenance plans) come with explicit warranties or re-treatment guarantees. Warranty details and duration are provided at the time of service. 
• Limitations: Re-treatment guarantees apply only if the customer maintains reasonable sanitation standards and follows all technician instructions. Warranties do not cover infestation re-introductions caused by unaddressed structural defects or failure to allow necessary follow-up visits.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for any service appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to grant entry at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of initial deposit.

You agree not to:
